The call of evangelization from a Synod with Blessed Pope Paul VI forty years ago to a Synod with Pope Francis last week remains the same!
Recently, we I was privileged to give a talk to the Spring, TX Serra chapter recently. My talk was on Evangelization to both the baptized and the unbaptized. Blessed Pope Paul VI set the stage with his Apostolic Exhortation on the Evangelization of the World (Evangelii Nuntiandi) that St. John Paul II took and ran with, and now Pope Francis continues. It’s the New Evangelization and the Old Evangelization! It’s the divine love affair that we are ALL invited to!
